West Texas ONE is thrilled to introduce an outstanding group of coaches who are stepping into leadership roles across our growing boys and girls programs. This team brings a powerful combination of basketball knowledge, playing experience, player-development expertise, and a genuine passion for investing in young athletes. Together, they represent the next chapter of growth for our organization and a major step toward giving every athlete in our program the best possible opportunity to succeed.
Leading the girls program is Coach Bryant Taylor, our new Girls Coordinator, whose leadership, vision, and coaching experience are already setting the tone for a strong and competitive girls basketball culture. On the boys side, Coach Kole Verdadero, serving as our Boys Coordinator, continues to bring structure, energy, and a developmental mindset that has strengthened our training sessions and elevated expectations across the program. Their combined leadership ensures that both boys and girls athletes receive consistent, high-level guidance rooted in accountability, character, and skill progression.
We are equally excited to welcome Coach Jaylen Franklin, Coach Racie Decker, Coach Jack Bommarito, Coach Ashton Garner, and Coach Kassadie Sanders each bringing unique strengths and experiences that add depth to our coaching team. From high-level playing backgrounds to specialized training skills, these coaches understand what it takes to build confident, competitive athletes. Their ability to connect with players, teach the game at a high level, and create energy in the gym offers new opportunities for players to grow faster and more consistently than ever before.
With this expanded coaching staff, West Texas ONE is now able to offer more specialized training sessions, individualized skill development, stronger leadership presence in practices, and improved support for players at every level. Whether an athlete is preparing for school ball, aiming for club-level competition, or working toward long-term goals, the expertise of our coaching team opens the door to more pathways for growth and advancement. Their connections across the region and passion for helping young athletes succeed will play a key role in elevating the experience for every family in our program.
As we look ahead to the 2026 season, we are energized by what this coaching group brings to our West Texas ONE community. Their commitment to excellence, mentorship, and culture-building will help us continue shaping a program where athletes feel supported, challenged, and inspired. We are grateful to have them on board—and we cannot wait for our families to meet them, learn from them, and experience the incredible value they’ll bring to the court this season and beyond.
